…how often we add a new strip or why it’s Wednesday and there is no new comic, please refer to the update notice located at the bottom left corner of the strip. Thanks to the wonders of Pepto I might be able to have enough energy to make one for Friday. If you’re lucky. Check out the freshly colored strips #1 and #6 if you are in real need of fresh comic goodness.

    Now in Technicolor

I knew it was a matter of time before Donkey Kong was discovered. I hope the other four readers are enjoying this strip as much as i am…

    Less Thinking: More Drinking

Tastes Great, Less Filling. From the updated comic strips, y’all can probably tell I made it back from Mardi Gras more or less intact. My tolerance for alcohol is temporarily enhanced and my ability to finish a comic strip before midnight on a work night is diminished. (Hopefully temporarily as well.) Note: Due to space constraints it’s hard to tell that Marlowe is discovering the joys of eBay, but that’s what he’s doing. Kudos to Pelts for consistently delivering the funny. The lionshare of the punchlines are his.

It’s been a movie marathon weekend. I finally watched Old School (not bad, but not as good as my expectations), Lost In Translation (definitely Oscar worthy), Swimming Pool (Eurotrashy B.S.) and the newly released Broken Lizard’s Club Dread! Man, what awesome movie! Go watch this immediately! If you haven’t seen Super Troopers, pick it up at your video shop and watch it too. Looks like Lord of the Rings pulled in a crapload of Oscars. Deservedly. Fantastic stuff!

    I think you mean PinaColadaBurg.

    Where are the shiny gifties?

As James is in the midst of Mardi Gras N’Awlins, I thought I would take this opportunity to hi-jack. So, tonight, on a very special Blossom, I would like to talk about Ralph Nader. In the 2000 election, Nader made the somewhat dubious argument that his candidacy was about bringing forth issues that were neglected by the Democrats and Republicans. In his candidacy bid in 2004 does he argue the same? The Democratic primary has offered people the opportunity to hear and vote for a spectrum of candidates to the left of center, and while the news media has been remiss in many ways in its coverage of said candidates, the information has been widely and openly available. So, what is it that Nader hopes to accomplish? Another victory for Bush? It seems to me that Ralph Nader is on his own side, not the side of the American people.
